Return & refunds
Returning an item is very easy, just follow the steps below:
1. Go to the returns center here.
2. When you reached the return center, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines within 1-2 working days
5. Put the item(s) you wish to return, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
6. Return the package to the following address: Promail AG, Eschenstrasse 10, 8603 Schwerzenbach
7. We are a small brand and stand for conscious consumption. We therefore do not offer free returns.
Outside Switzerland: Additional shipping costs & customs fees will occur. These fees will be at the charge of the customer.
Should an item not meet your expectations, or you just need another size, you can initiate a return within 14 days. Do you have any other questions about the return policy, please contact our customer service at info@tidlos-clothing.com.
Products purchased between November 15th and December 22nd, 2023, can be returned until January 5th, 2024.
Yes, you can make an exchange for items at the same or lower value of the original order. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the returns center here. 2. When you reached the return center, please enter your order number, and email address and click «Find your order»
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
4. Select “Replace with the same item” and add which item you would like to exchange your order for in the “comment” section. Please add both the style name, color and size you wish to receive.
5. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 1-2 working days
6. Put the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box or mailing bag (if available, please also include the original tags & packaging)
7. Return the package to the following address: Promail AG, Eschenstrasse 10, 8603 Schwerzenbach.
9. Bring your package to the nearest post office
10. We will send the replacement after 1-2 days upon receipt of the return. If the item for the replacement is not available, we will reach out to you

Normally it can take up to 4-6 working days for us to receive your return, in busy seasons it can take longer. Refund are processed within 14 working days upon receipt of the parcel in our warehouse. Please allow for up to 14 working days before contacting us. Replacements processed within 2-3 working days upon receipt of parcel. Should you have any further questions regarding returns, please contact our customer support here via info@tidlos-clothing.com.
If you have paid for (part of) your purchase with a gift card and you return the order, the gift card will be recredited. This way you can use the same gift card in your next order again. The gift card itself is non-refundable; however, they are valid up to 2 years, so you have plenty of time to find a product that suits you perfectly. You can follow the return steps below:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Still have a question regarding refunds, please reach out to our customer service here via info@tidlos-clothing.com.
Please send an email to info@tidlos-clothing.com Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 day. If you made your purchase using a credit card, the money will be transferred back to the same card.
Combo sets can only be returned for a refund in the complete set, single item returns are not possible. The exchange of a single item in the combo set is possible.
