As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Switzerland: Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days. Standard delivery (B-Post) within Switzerland is 3-5 business days. Express delivery (A-Post) within Switzerland has a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Europe: Standard delivery time for orders to Europe is 5-10 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries.

For orders within Switzerland all orders are delivered by Die Post. 

The product box and the mail polybag are made of sustainable material and are recyclable and biodegradable.

Switzerland: We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders above 150 CHF. For orders below 150 CHF standard delivery within Switzerland has a shipping fee of 5 CHF. Express delivery (A-Post) within Switzerland has a shipping fee of 9 CHF.

Europe: Additional shipping costs & customs fees will occur. These fees will be at the charge of the customer. 

For customers in Europe there will be additional shipping and customs fees. These fees will be at the charge of the customer.
